FBM KLCI Futures Open Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 2 (Bernama) -- FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives opened lower on Tuesday.

At 9.35 am, the spot month September 2025 contract shed three points to 1,545.0, October 2025 decreased 6.5 points to 1,541.50, December 2025 fell seven points to 1,538.00, and March 2026 slipped 4.5 points to 1,520.00.

Turnover was 1,881 lots, with open interest at 41,587 contracts.

The benchmark FBM KLCI went down 8.40 points to 1,566.72 after 50 minutes of trading, against last Friday’s close of 1,575.12.
