FBM KLCI Futures End Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 3 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended higher on Wednesday.

At the close, the spot-month September 2025 contract and March 2026 added 6.0 points each to 1,554.5 and 1,529.0, respectively. October 2025 gained 5.5 points to 1,551.5, and December 2025 increased 5.0 points to 1,546.0.

Turnover shrank to 4,921 lots from 6,013 lots yesterday, while open interest narrowed to 40,249 contracts from 40,974 contracts previously.

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI climbed 1.82 points to 1,578.52 from yesterday’s close of 1,576.70.
