FBM KLCI Futures End Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 4 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended higher on Thursday.

At the close, the spot month September 2025 and October 2025 contracts added 2.0 points each to 1,556.5 and 1,553.5, respectively.

December 2025 rose 2.5 points to 1,548.5 and March 2026 climbed 1.0 point to 1,530.0.

Turnover shrank to 3,440 lots from 4,921 lots yesterday, while open interest narrowed to 38,740 contracts from 40,249 contracts previously.

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI slid 0.37 of-a-point to 1,578.15 from yesterday’s close of 1,578.52.
