Inta Bina Unit Bags Main Building Works Contract From Eco Majestic Worth RM66.52 Mln

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 8 (Bernama) -- Inta Bina Group Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary Inta Bina Sdn Bhd (IBSB) has bagged an award from Eco Majestic Development Sdn Bhd for main building works at Hulu Langat, Selangor worth RM66.517 million.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said the completion period shall be for a period of 20 months from the date of commencement on Sept 22, 2025 and overall completion date shall be on May 21, 2027.

The contract will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of Inta Bina, it added.
