FBM KLCI Futures End Firmer

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 11 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives finished higher on Thursday.

At the close, the spot month September 2025 added three points to 1,577.5, October 2025 and December 2025 contracts increased 2.5 points to 1,574.0 and 1,568.5, respectively, while March 2026 was unchanged at 1,546.0.

Turnover fell to 3,099 lots from 4,585 lots yesterday, while open interest declined to 39,994 contracts from 40,423 contracts previously.

The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) closed 7.90 points or 0.5 per cent lower at 1,582.85 from Wednesday’s close of 1,590.75.
