FBM KLCI Futures Close Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 18 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended lower on Thursday.

At the close, spot month September 2025 eased 9.0 points to 1,598.0, October 2025 and March 2026 dropped 10 points each to 1,593.5 and 1,568.0, respectively, while December 2025 fell 9.5 points to 1,588.5.

Turnover fell to 6,123 lots from 8,161 lots yesterday, while open interest decreased to 45,369 contracts from 45,871 contracts previously.

The FBM KLCI slipped 12.77 points to 1,598.93 from Wednesday’s close of 1,611.70.
