FBM KLCI Futures Open Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 19 (Bernama) -- FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives opened lower on Friday.

At 9.30 am, the September 2025 contract eased 2.5 points to 1,595.5, October 2025 slipped two points to 1,591.5, December 2025 and March 2026 declined three points each to 1,585.5 and 1,565.0 respectively.

Turnover stood at 1,186 lots, with open interest at 41,562 contracts.

The benchmark FBM KLCI fell 2.14 points to 1,596.79 after 45 minutes of trading, compared with yesterday’s close of 1,598.93.
