HouseBell Unveils English-Chinese App For Singapore Property Market

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 19 (Bernama) -- HouseBell, a real estate technology platform, has launched a fully bilingual English-Chinese mobile application (app) to tap into Singapore’s increasingly global property market.

The upgrade aims to cater to the surge of Chinese buyers and tenants, who continue to rank among the top foreign purchasers of private homes in 2024 despite cooling measures, according to the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).

“Singapore’s real estate market is increasingly global. With our bilingual app, we aim to make property searches more inclusive, accessible, and transparent for both local and overseas buyers,” said HouseBell Marketing Director, K. Tang in a statement.

The revamped app enables users to switch seamlessly between English and Chinese interfaces, helping international users navigate property listings, compare prices, and connect with agents without language barriers.

Beyond language, the app enhances decision-making with filters for price, property type, location, transport access, schools, and healthcare facilities—features designed to support both local families and overseas investors.

By bridging linguistic gaps, HouseBell positions itself as a key player in cross-border property discovery, responding to the real-world needs of global home seekers.

The HouseBell app is available for free on both iOS and Android platforms, giving users a convenient way to explore Singapore’s property market anytime, anywhere.
