FBM KLCI Futures Open Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 24 (Bernama) -- FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives opened lower on Wednesday.

At 9.35 am, the September 2025 and October 2025 contracts were down 9.5 points each at 1,596.50 and 1,594.0, respectively. December 2025 fell 8.5 points to 1,588.0, while March 2026 slipped 6.5 points to 1,568.0.

Turnover stood at 2,759 lots, with open interest at 43,955 contracts.

The benchmark FBM KLCI dropped 3.81 points to 1,599.74 after 50 minutes of trading, compared with Tuesday’s close of 1,603.55.
