FBM KLCI Futures Close Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 26 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended higher on Friday.

At the close, the spot month September 2025 contract, along with the December 2025 contract, rose 15 points each to 1,608 and 1,598 points, respectively.

The October 2025 note increased 16.5 points to 1,606, and the March 2026 contract gained 13.5 points to 1,577.

Turnover slid to 44,133 lots from 59,487 yesterday, while open interest narrowed to 87,049 contracts from 106,544 previously.

The FBM KLCI  rose 10.58 points to close at 1,609.05, compared with yesterday’s close of 1,598.47.
