OSK Subsidiary Acquires 1.34-hectare Freehold Land In Subang Jaya For RM44 Mln

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 30 (Bernama) -- OSK Holdings Bhd’s indirect 99.96 per cent subsidiary, Perspektif Vista Sdn Bhd, has signed a sale and purchase agreement with Tropicana Metropark Sdn Bhd to acquire 1.34 hectares of freehold land in Subang Jaya for RM44 million.

In a statement, the conglomerate said the acquisition, within the established Tropicana Metropark masterplan, represents a significant step in strengthening OSK Property’s presence in the mature and highly sought-after township.

"The development has preliminary plans for serviced apartment residences targeting young homebuyers, with an estimated gross development value of RM427 million," it added.

OSK Holdings deputy group managing director Ong Ju Xing said the acquisition demonstrates OSK Property’s confidence in Subang Jaya’s resilience and market potential.

"Subang is one of the most mature and vibrant townships in the Klang Valley, offering excellent connectivity and a robust ecosystem of amenities.

"We expect continued demand for well-connected, lifestyle-oriented developments, particularly among buyers seeking the right balance of value and quality living," he said.
