MoneyX, Mandrill Tech Launch Nation’s First AI-Powered Smart CRM Platform

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 14 (Bernama) -- MoneyX and Mandrill Tech Sdn Bhd have launched the nation's first artificial intelligence (AI)-powered smart customer relationship management (CRM) platform, Net7, which is built around business card intelligence.

MoneyX and Mandrill Tech, in a joint statement, said Net7 is not a traditional contact application but rather a platform that transforms raw contact data into searchable, categorised business profiles enriched with AI-driven insights.

"Net7 is designed to help professionals and enterprises manage, grow, and strengthen their networks. 

"From entrepreneurs to large sales teams, the platform ensures that every business connection becomes part of a secure, corporate-owned network asset," they said.

The companies said Net7 offers several key features, including up to 99 per cent reduction in manual data entry, allowing sales teams to focus on closing deals rather than administrative work. 

The platform also provides smart classification through automatic industry tagging, role identification and filterable insights, as well as shared corporate intelligence to ensure that no valuable contact or lead is ever lost — keeping business networks as company-owned assets rather than individual ones.

Meanwhile, Mandrill Tech CEO Davent Low said Net7 leverages advanced data intelligence to provide subscribers with up-to-date insights about their existing networks, using AI to analyse the latest developments, suggest potential upselling opportunities, and deliver greater value to their network.

He added that, unlike traditional business cards that remain static, Net7 continuously updates network profiles when contacts change roles or companies.
