MISTRAS Partners Villari To Deliver Real-Time Crack Detection For Steel Structures
KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 15 (Bernama) -- MISTRAS Group, a global leader in technology-enabled industrial asset integrity and testing solutions, has partnered with Villari, a technology provider in wireless crack-detection systems for steel structures.
The collaboration enables MISTRAS to offer Villari’s sensor technology to customers with any steel structure susceptible to cracking, advancing continuous, data-driven structural health monitoring and proactive maintenance.
MISTRAS Group Vice President, Monitoring Technologies, Jonathan Burns said this solution enables smarter decisions, minimises downtime, and extends asset life.

The Villari system is the only wireless monitoring technology known to detect fatigue crack growth through passive magnetic flux leakage, identifying cracks earlier than traditional non-destructive evaluation (NDE) methods.
