CUSTA Doubles To 4,000 Products, Offers Unlimited Customisation

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 22 (Bernama) -- Homegrown customisation e-commerce platform CUSTA Sdn Bhd has unveiled a full-scale renewal of its service, doubling its catalogue to 4,000 products and introducing unlimited customisation combinations with instant pricing and lead-time visibility.

In a statement today, CUSTA said the upgrade positions the company as the first platform in Malaysia to combine unlimited customisation with real-time pricing at scale, setting a new benchmark for the local industry.

“Its enhanced interface now features a streamlined catalogue that can display thousands of items clearly, while the product page allows users to freely adjust specifications and view instant quotations and delivery timelines.

“Previously, traditional offline procurement processes could take up to 15 business days, a timeline that has now been reduced to within a week on CUSTA, with some orders completed on the same day,” it added.

Chief executive officer Joe Takagi said small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) make up nearly half of Malaysia’s gross domestic product, yet customisation has always been slow, restricted and inefficient.

“The relaunch of CUSTA removes these barriers by combining unlimited design freedom with instant price transparency, providing all people and businesses in Malaysia with access to customisation services.

“This is more than an upgrade; it is about supporting Malaysia’s digital economy goals, empowering local creators and creating new value chains that drive growth and jobs across the country,” he said.

CUSTA said that since its inception, it has delivered more than 500,000 customised items across Malaysia and Singapore, with over 90 per cent of its orders coming from Malaysian SMEs and small brands. The company has also recorded over sevenfold year-on-year sales growth.

To celebrate its second anniversary, CUSTA is running the “CUSTA Service Renewal Campaign” until Nov 30, 2025, offering a 10 per cent discount with the promo code ‘NEWCUSTA’ and free design support for purchases worth RM300 or more.
