FBM KLCI Futures Lower In Early Session

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 23 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives were lower in early trade on Thursday.

At 9.30 am, the October 2025 contract fell 6.0 points to 1,602.0, November 2025 weakened 6.5 points to 1,601.5, December 2025 declined 5.0 points to 1,602.0, and March 2026 edged down 11.5 points to 1,578.5.

Turnover stood at 1,893 lots, with open interest at 42,058 contracts.

The benchmark FBM KLCI rose 3.29 points to 1,605.98 after 48 minutes of trading, compared with Wednesday’s close of 1,602.69.
