Meltwater’s Year-End AI Release Reinvents Media Monitoring For Smarter, Faster Decisions
KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 24 (Bernama) -- Meltwater has announced its 2025 Year-End Product Release featuring new artificial intelligence (AI) tools aimed at providing public relations and marketing professionals with greater clarity, agility and control in managing brand narratives within an increasingly complex media landscape.
According to the Digital 2026 report, more than one billion people worldwide now use standalone generative AI tools each month. The growing convergence of news, social media and AI-generated content has reshaped how people access information, form opinions and make decisions, posing new challenges for brand managers seeking to protect reputations and respond swiftly to emerging narratives.
In a statement, Meltwater said its latest release enables marketers, communicators and brand managers to monitor how their brands are represented across different platforms and large language models (LLMs), while providing a unified reporting system covering paid, earned and owned media.
The enhancements also include improved analytics, transparency on how AI models describe brands, large-scale video content insights and AI-powered assistants designed to support strategic decision-making.
Meltwater Chief Product Officer, Chris Hackney said the company’s new tools were developed to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving digital landscape, where LLM-generated content increasingly shapes public perception.
“The digital landscape is changing at lightning speed, with LLM-generated content altering how people discover brands and form opinions. Meltwater’s newest releases are built to equip brand leaders with tools to cut through the noise, understand what drives perception and confidently shape conversations in real time,” he said.
Meanwhile, its Chief Technology Officer, Aditya Jami said the new AI-driven capabilities redefine media intelligence for the era of generative content by offering brand leaders a clearer view across paid, owned and earned media channels.
“With predictive analytics and our AI teammate Mira, we are giving brands the clarity, speed and governance to anticipate emerging trends and shape their narratives with confidence,” he said.
The 2025 Year-End Product Release reflects the company’s continued commitment to innovation and delivering measurable value to its customers. The company added that every advancement introduced aims to help organisations remain competitive in a rapidly changing digital environment.
