FBM KLCI Futures End Lower

At the close, the October 2025 contract weakened by 2.0 points to 1,611.0, November 2025 and December 2025 decreased by 1.5 points each to 1,610.5 and 1,610.0. The March 2026 contract declined by half-a-point to 1,593.0.

Turnover rose to 7,769 lots from 6,646 lots on Thursday, while open interest was slightly lower at 46,375 contracts from 46,426 contracts previously.

At 5 pm, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) rose 5.27 points to 1,613.27 from Thursday’s close of 1,608.0.
