Radium Development's 3Q Net Profit Jumps To RM94 Mln

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 13 (Bernama) -- Radium Development Bhd posted a higher net profit of RM94.24 million for the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2025 (3Q FY2025), compared to RM4.81 million in the same period last year.

However, it said revenue decreased to RM45.06 million from RM48.45 million a year ago.

For the nine-month performance for the financial year ended Sept 30, 2025 (9M FY2025), the property developer said it posted a higher net profit of RM96.88 million, compared to RM7.25 million in 9M FY2024.

It also reported a surge in revenue to RM127.64 million for the 9M FY2025, compared to RM106.62 million previously.

“The financial performance in 3Q FY2025 and 9M FY2025 was primarily driven by its three ongoing projects, namely the Suite Canselor, Residensi Desa Timur and Radium Arena,” it said in a Bursa Malaysia filing today.

On prospect, Radium Development said the company’s performance in FY2025 is expected to be driven by the ongoing projects at Residensi Desa Timur, comprising Residensi Wilayah and Suite Apartments components, with a combined estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM1 billion.

It said Radium Arena, a newly launched 988-unit Suite Apartment in Old Klang Road in FY2024, with an estimated GDV of RM506 million, would also contribute to the group’s performance.

“The board remains cautiously optimistic about the group’s prospects for the FY2025, (as) performance is expected to be driven by steady progress across ongoing development projects.

“The group will continue to focus on discipline execution and prudent cost management amid an evolving operating environment,” it said.
