KLCI Futures Close Lower

At the close, both the November 2025 and December 2025 contracts slipped 14.5 points to 1,623.5, March 2026 declined 12.5 points to 1,606.5 and June 2026 dropped 15 points to 1,611.0.

Turnover rose to 7,747 lots from 5,391 lots on Thursday, while open interest widened to 50,184 contracts from 47,494 contracts previously.

At 5 pm, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) fell 6.60 points, or 0.40 per cent, to 1,625.67 from yesterday’s close of 1,632.27.
