Bursa Malaysia Services Fully Restored; Cloudflare Issue Resolved

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 19 (Bernama) -- Bursa Malaysia Bhd announced that all its services have been fully restored following a global Cloudflare outage which disrupted access to several local websites yesterday.

In an update on its X account at 11:34 pm last night, the local exchange operator stated that the technical issue had been resolved and its platforms were operating normally.

“The Cloudflare issue has been resolved and services are fully restored. Our services are back to normal. We appreciate your patience and understanding during the downtime,” it said.

Yesterday, Bursa Malaysia confirmed that its platforms were inaccessible due to the global Cloudflare outage.

Some local websites, including several news portals, were inaccessible yesterday, following an internal service degradation experienced by Cloudflare.

Cloudflare is a global Internet infrastructure and security company.
