KLCI Futures Open Lower In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 5 (Bernama) -- FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures opened lower today.

At 9.32 am, the February 2026 and March 2026 contracts eased 1.50 points each to 1,745.50 and 1,725.0, respectively. June 2026 fell 2.50 points to 1,727.0, and September 2026 trimmed 3.0 points to 1,717.0.

Turnover totalled 1,172 lots, with open interest at 37,663 contracts.

By 9.54 am, the FBM KLCI index was down 1.70 points at 1,741.12, compared with yesterday’s close of 1,742.82.
