KLCI Futures Open Higher In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 9 (Bernama) -- FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures opened higher on Monday, tracking gains in the underlying cash market.

At 9.42 am, the February 2026 contract rose 10.5 points to 1,743.0, March 2026 added 11.0 points to 1,722.0, June 2026 gained 13.0 points to 1,728.0, and September 2026 climbed 17.0 points to 1,721.5.

Turnover stood at 1,537 lots, with open interest at 36,804 contracts.

At 10.03 am, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) rose 5.58 points to 1,738.41, after opening 11.91 points higher at 1,744.74, compared with Friday’s close of 1,732.83.
