Rahim & Co Partners UK's Chestertons To Strengthen Global Real Estate Presence

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 9 (Bernama) -- Rahim & Co International Property Consultants Sdn Bhd has announced a strategic affiliation with the UK-based Chestertons Global to strengthen its presence and professional real estate services “across Malaysia and worldwide.”

Its executive chairman, Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Abdul Rahman, said the affiliation represents a collaboration of vision, values, and expertise of both companies.

"Together, (through this affiliation) we aspire to create a powerhouse in the real estate sector, combining our local insights and global strategies. (Rahim & Co) will leverage on technology, sustainability, and market trends to adapt to the ever-evolving landscape of property consultancy,” he said in his speech during the Rahim & Co and Chestertons affiliation announcement here today.

According to Rahim & Co, the affiliation will enable the company to access Chestertons' extensive expertise and resources, facilitating the introduction of cutting-edge solutions to the Malaysian market.  Similarly, Chestertons will benefit from Rahim & Co's established presence in Southeast Asia, strengthening its foothold in the region. "Both companies will also explore joint initiatives aimed at sustainability and social responsibility, reflecting their commitment to making a positive impact in the communities they serve,” it said.

Chestertons' global managing director, Mohamed Mussa, said that through the affiliation, the 220-year-old real estate firm would continue to build momentum and strengthen its foothold across the Asia region. “We would like to welcome Rahim & Co with open arms and hope that, in time, this collaboration will further strengthen both organisations.
