Tropicana, Signature, EDCA Energy In Tie-up To Enhance Sustainable Home Ownership

PETALING JAYA, Feb 24 (Bernama) -- Tropicana Corporation Bhd inked a strategic partnership with Signature Distribution Sdn Bhd and EDCA Sdn Bhd (EDCA Energy) to advance sustainable practices and green building excellence and enhance home ownership experience at Avisa Residences.

Managing director of marketing, sales, and business development Ixora Ang said the partnership with Signature will exclusively furnish Avisa homeowners with seven curated and flexible home-enhancement packages designed to suit different lifestyle needs.

She said this allows homeowners to progressively settle their selected package over six, 12, or 18 months prior to the commencement of renovation works.

“With a keen understanding of the financial commitments that come with moving into a new home, we have thoughtfully curated packages that cover essential renovations and fittings, enabling homeowners to step into their dream residence from as low as RM20,800.

“On top of that, homeowners can also benefit from improved affordability through a structured, instalment-based prepayment arrangement for renovation planning, enabling more manageable payment scheduling ahead of vacant possession,” she said in his welcoming speech at the partnership signing ceremony here today.

As for the tie-up with EDCA Energy, Ang said the company offers specially tailored solar panel system packages exclusively for Tropicana Alam’s Avisa Residences, enabling residents to enjoy highly competitive market rates while embracing a more energy-efficient, future-ready lifestyle.

Limited to the first 50 units, she said, homeowners can access two competitively priced solar packages through the solar accelerated transition action programme (Solar ATAP).

“This strategic collaboration reinforces Tropicana’s dedication to sustainable practices and green building excellence while enhancing the whole ownership experience at Tropicana Alam,” she said.

Commenting on the collaboration, Signature group chief executive officer Lau Kock Sang said the partnership redefines the journey to a new home for every Malaysian resident and believes the moving experience should be seamless, structured and stress-free.

“Through this collaboration, we introduced a structured, instalment-based prepayment arrangement at the point of sale and purchase agreement signing, allowing homeowners to begin earlier financial and design planning.

“By engaging homeowners at every stage, we give them a valuable head start, supporting them in planning ahead for key collections with greater clarity and confidence,” he said.
