Trading Castle PLT Bags Dual Recognitions From ASEAN Records, Asia Records

KUALA LUMPUR, March 1 (Bernama) – Digital finance education academy Trading Castle PLT has received dual recognitions from ASEAN Records and Asia Records for the “Highest Verified Single-Year Total Student Trading Research Performance Recorded by a Single Academy”.

The academy was granted the two recognitions after achieving more than US$50 million (US$1 = RM3.89) in student market research execution board.

Its chief financial officer, Bryan Hiu, said the academy’s dual recognition by ASEAN Records and Asia Records reflects a broader message for the country’s financial education landscape.

He said research-driven financial education should become a core focus of Malaysia’s financial learning ecosystem.

“The recognition is more than just a number; it shows that when financial education is undertaken in a structured and research-driven way, people can actually improve how they understand and approach the market.

“We should focus more on education, structure and financial literacy,” he told Bernama at the recognition ceremony in conjunction with the academy’s 2026 Chinese New Year Gala Dinner recently.

On the factors behind the academy’s milestone, Hiu said it was the result of a comprehensive system built over the years rather than a single contributing element.

He said that the academy’s recent recognition emphasises research-based learning and a structured one-to-one coaching system that guides, corrects, and holds students accountable.

In addition, artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted data tools, including its Quantum AI system, are used to help students analyse the market in a structured manner while maintaining strict risk discipline.

“When you combine these three things consistently, you create a repeatable learning environment, and that’s what led to the milestone,” he said.

Looking ahead, Hiu said the academy’s 2026 priorities under the International Financial Consultant Certified Institute (IFCCI) framework include expanding its programmes and strengthening its mentorship and certification systems.

He added that the academy will also upgrade its AI-assisted education system and build regional collaborations to further enhance its training ecosystem.

“At the end of the day, our mission is simple. We want to build disciplined, financially literate and responsible market participants,” he added.
