Top Glove Appoints Ng Yong Lin, Lim Jin Feng As Joint Managing Directors

KUALA LUMPUR, March 2 (Bernama) -- Top Glove Corporation Bhd has appointed its executive director Ng Yong Lin and marketing director Lim Jin Feng as joint managing directors (MDs) effective April 1, 2026.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing, the glove manufacturer said its current MD, Lim Cheong Guan, will be retiring on March 31 after 20 years of dedicated service on the group’s board of directors.

It said Lim, who has been MD since 2022, will continue to serve in a senior management capacity as corporate director, effective April 1, 2026, so the group can continue to benefit from his extensive knowledge, experience and longstanding leadership.

On the appointment of joint MDs, Top Glove said the dual leadership structure reinforces the company’s commitment to collaborative decision-making and positions the group for continued success in a dynamic business landscape.

Ng brings close to 17 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations, having overseen Top Glove’s multi-country manufacturing ecosystem.

“His proven ability to navigate complex operational environments and enhance productivity across diverse facilities will be central to driving the group’s competitiveness, operational excellence and long term growth,” Top Glove said.

Meanwhile, Lim Jin Feng, who has served the group for 15 years, currently leads strategic initiatives.

“His cross functional insight and ability to drive these initiatives position him well to advance the company’s market strategy, innovation agenda and organisational development,” the glove maker added.
