KLCI Futures End Higher

KUALA LUMPUR, March 12 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended higher on Thursday.

At the close, the March 2026 and June 2026 contracts both added 8.5 points to 1,690.5 and 1,690.0 respectively, April 2026 climbed 9.0 points to 1,692.0, and September 2026 increased 11.0 points to 1,674.0.

Turnover advanced to 7,482 lots from 7,392 lots yesterday, while open interest slipped to 39,328 contracts from 40,191 contracts previously. 

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI rose 2.23 points to 1,711.01 from yesterday’s close of 1,708.78.
