KLCI Futures Higher In Early Trade

KUALA LUMPUR, March 27 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures opened higher on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives on Friday.

At 9.32 am, the March 2026 contract rose 3.5 points to 1,713.50, the April 2026 contract added 3.0 points to 1,715.5, the June 2026 contract increased 2.0 points to 1,712.0 and the September 2026 contract expanded 5.0 points to 1,697.5.

Turnover stood at 13,910 lots, with open interest at 57,823 contracts.

The FBM KLCI rose 1.35 points to 1,712.24 after 51 minutes of trading, from Thursday’s close of 1,710.89.
