KLCI Futures End Slightly Lower

KUALA LUMPUR, March 27 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended slightly lower today, in sync with the underlying cash market.

At the close, the March 2026 and September 2026 contracts fell one point to 1,709.0 and 1,691.5, respectively. April 2026 slid 1.5 points to 1,711.0, while June 2026 declined three points to 1,707.0.

Turnover edged down to 66,127 lots from 72,802 yesterday, while open interest narrowed to 102,348 contracts from 106,155 previously. 

At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI rose 1.76 points to 1,712.65 from Thursday’s close of 1,710.89.
