Scanwolf Unit Secures RM21 Mln Works Contract In Selangor

KUALA LUMPUR, June 12 (Bernama) -- Scanwolf Corporation Bhd, a producer of plastic edging and flooring, has received a letter of award (LOA) from Sg Besi Construction Sdn Bhd for a contract valued at RM21 million through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Scanwolf Trading and Construction Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Scanwolf Corp said the sub-contract comprises the construction, completion, testing and commissioning of a nine-storey factory block in Klang, Selangor, for Tetuan Armani Maker Alliance Sdn Bhd.

“The sub-contract work shall commence on June 12, 2026 and conclude on June 11, 2027,” it said.

Scanwolf Corp said the LOA will not affect the share capital and shareholding structure of the company.

“However, it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the company for the financial years ending June 30, 2026 and June 2027,” it added.
