Taghill Holdings Unit Bags RM133 Mln Contract For Serviced Apartment Project In Shah Alam

KUALA LUMPUR, June 15 (Bernama) -- Taghill Holdings Bhd’s unit, Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd, has secured a contract from Exsim MX4 Sdn Bhd worth RM133 million to construct and complete the main building and infrastructure works for D'Evia @ Kwasa Damansara (Package 2) at Shah Alam, Selangor.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, it said the project comprises a 32-storey apartment block with a mezzanine floor and a basement level. There are 440 serviced apartment units and ancillary facilities.

“The project is tentatively scheduled to commence on June 16, 2026, subject to confirmation through the architect's instruction. It is expected to be completed within 28 months from the commencement date,” it said.
