KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 2 (Bernama) -- The ringgit took a breather from recent gains to open lower against the US dollar today, weighed by a risk-off sentiment amid heightened global geopolitical tension, an analyst said.

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 1 (Bernama) --The ringgit closed lower against the US dollar on Tuesday on profit-taking after recent sharp gains, in line with other regional currencies, as the United States signalled a lower interest rate cut going forward.
