KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 1 (Bernama) -- AYS Ventures Bhd's associate company, 3HA Capital Pte Ltd and parties acting in concert with it has acquired more than 90 per cent equity interest in Singapore-listed CosmoSteel Holdings Ltd.
