MELAKA, Oct 12 (Bernama) -- The Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) hopes that more independent digital talent or ‘freelancers’ among graduates of higher education institutions will be produced through the MOHE-MDEC Global Outsourcing Talent (GOT) programme in the future.
