PUTRAJAYA, Dec 18 (Bernama) -- Malaysia Rail Link Sdn Bhd (MRL) and China Communications Construction (ECRL) Sdn Bhd (CCCECRL) today created an operating company (OpCo) with a 50:50 interest ratio for the purpose of operating and maintaining the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project.
