ISTANBUL, April 23 (Bernama) -- Turkey has expressed interest in becoming a dialogue partner at the 2025 ASEAN Summits to be held in Kuala Lumpur in May and November, said Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof.
