KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 3 (Bernama) -- Sunway Reit Management Sdn Bhd, the manager of Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust (Sunway REIT), saw its net profit surging to RM524.75 million for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2024 (FY2024) from RM338.19 million a year earlier.
