KUALA KUBU BAHRU, Jan 14 (Bernama) -- The government aims to increase pineapple exports to RM2 billion by 2027 as part of efforts to strengthen and develop the industry, which is now considered a high-value strategic commodity.
PONTIAN, June 13 (Bernama) – The government’s initiative to expand the scope of the Sales and Service Tax (SST) by imposing a five per cent sales tax on all imported fruits has been described by pineapple growers in Johor as a proactive move to protect the local fruit industry.
