KUALA LUMPUR, April 10 (Bernama) -- Sunsuria Bhd has completed its acquisition of an additional 41.00 per cent equity interest in KL City Gateway Sdn Bhd (KLCG), increasing its shareholding from 20 per cent to 61 per cent.
KUALA LUMPUR, April 17 (Bernama) -- Sunsuria Bhd’s indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Sunsuria Damansara Sdn Bhd (SDSB), has entered into a development rights agreement (DRA) with Kwasa Development (13) Sdn Bhd (KD13), a unit of Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd, for a residential project in Sungai Buloh, Selangor, with an estimated gross development value of RM492 million.
