Veea, Indonesia’s ICT To Provide Advanced Wireless Connectivity, Asset Tracking In Southeast Asia

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 18 (Bernama) -- Veea has partnered with Inti Cakrawala Teknologi (ICT), a next-gen digital connectivity solutions provider, to bring advanced connectivity solutions and asset tracking for ICT’s mining and energy clients in Indonesia and throughout Southeast Asia.

According to Veea in a statement, the first live installation is intended to commence on Oct 20.

Meanwhile, ICT Technical Director, Wiwit Ongko said the impressive feature of the Veea hub not only solves connectivity issues but also provides several Internet of Things (IoT) gateways which support edge computing, Wi-Fi, IoT meshing, and connectivity to the cloud.

ICT works with a number of large-scale mines that operate in remote regions where connectivity is a major challenge. Due to the vast distances between mines and storage facilities, it is incredibly difficult to manage assets, ensure security and guarantee employee safety in real-time without a modern wireless solution.
