UEM Sunrise Partners Maybank To Launch HomeClick For Seamless Online House Buying Experience

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 12 (Bernama) -- UEM Sunrise Bhd has partnered with Maybank to launch HomeClick, an all-in-one online platform designed to enhance the house-buying process and provide purchasers with a seamless, end-to-end experience.
UEM Sunrise chief executive officer Sufian Abdullah said that the company aims to transform the homebuyer experience by offering a digital-first approach that brings ease and transparency to every step of the journey.
“This platform goes beyond being just an online tool; it represents our commitment to evolve alongside our customers’ needs in the digital era, making homeownership not only digitally accessible but also smooth and efficient,” he told Bernama at the launch of the new online tool today.
Regarding HomeClick’s anticipated impact on sales, Sufian expressed optimism about its potential to contribute positively to UEM Sunrise’s revenue.
“We expect an increase in subscriptions to the platform, though it’s still early to share specific figures,” he said, adding that UEM Sunrise is working towards including electronic sales and purchase agreements (eSPA) as part of the streamlined process.
However, Sufian explained that implementing eSPA will depend on approval from the Ministry of Housing and Local Government.
Currently available at Residensi ZIG, Kiara Bay, HomeClick provides prospective buyers with a fully digital experience, offering key features such as online unit reservations, which allow buyers to select and secure their ideal home with just a few clicks.
HomeClick also integrates Maybank’s Home2u financing tool, enabling a quick, online loan application process directly through the platform.
“With this integration, qualified UEM Sunrise homebuyers can obtain financing approvals almost instantly, in just ten seconds, with the letter of offer issued within the hour.
“Additionally, an optional loan screening feature, powered by Finology, is available to streamline eligibility checks before application submission,” Sufian added.
