Various Activities Lined Up For Two-year MADANI Government Programme

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 18 (Bernama) -- Various activities have been lined up for the Two-Year MADANI Government (2TM) Programme and the 2024 National Convention on Public Service Reform, which will take place this weekend, starting Friday.

Saliza Saari, Director of the Modern Management and Technology Section at the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC), said that in addition to the service exhibitions from various ministries, there will also be entrepreneur booths and MADANI Sale.

She said visitors will also be offered a 60 per cent discount on traffic fines from the Royal Malaysia Police, a career carnival, as well as discounted entry tickets to the National Museum.

“During the programme, there will also be several forums, as well as what we refer to as the convention on bureaucratic reform,” she said when featured on KLFM, an RTM-owned radio station, today.

Saliza said the Bureaucratic Reform Circular (RKB), aimed at introducing new measures to accelerate the implementation of reforms in the public service, will also be launched during the 2TM programme. 

She said the programme, which will be held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre here, is organized to promote and highlight the achievements and successes of the MADANI Government.

It is expected to be attended by the entire by the entire national administration machinery, including Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, the Cabinet Ministers, as well as heads of departments and agencies.
