KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 27 (Bernama) -- Beginning Jan 2 next year, the National Library of Malaysia (PNM) will extend its operating hours from 5 pm to 7 pm.
In a statement today, PNM Deputy Director-General Edy Irwan Zulkafli said the new operating hours, from 10 am to 7 pm, would also apply to the PNM community libraries at Bukit Damansara Public Library, Buku2U@Radia Bukit Jelutong, as well as at AEON Mahkota Cheras and AEON AU2 Setiawangsa shopping malls.
He also announced the reopening of Anjung Bestari PNM, which would operate with the same hours from Tuesday to Sunday.
"To mark the reopening of Anjung Bestari PNM, the first 100 visitors will receive exclusive souvenirs from PNM.
"PNM warmly welcomes all visitors to take advantage of the services provided," he said.
