KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 17 (Bernama) -- The Yayasan Sultan Ibrahim Johor (YSIJ) today donated 105 smart television (smart TV) sets to selected schools across the state.
According to a post on the Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar's Facebook page, the third phase of smart TV donations was presented by YSIJ trustee Datuk Avinderjit Singh to the Johor Education Department director Mohd Hanafi Samad, in a ceremony held at the Johor Bahru district education office.
Also present were YSIJ chief executive officer Mohd Anizam Jamian and state Education and Information Committee chairman Aznan Tamin.
Aznan expressed gratitude to the foundation for this noble effort and hoped it would inspire others to support educational development in the state.
“I hope the schools will use this facility effectively to help students achieve excellence in learning,” he said in his speech.
