KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 4 (Bernama) -- The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives ended higher today, tracking the underlying cash market performance.
At the close, the February 2025 contract increased 10 points to 1,563.50 and March 2025 rose 10.5 points to 1,544.50, while June 2025 and September 2025 added 9.0 points each to 1,550.50 and 1,536.50, respectively.
Turnover fell to 6,961 lots from 11,788 lots on Monday, while open interest narrowed to 39,151 contracts against 42,847 contracts yesterday.
At 5 pm, the FBM KLCI rose by 0.70 per cent or 10.93 points to 1,564.56, compared with Monday’s close of 1,553.63.
