Andi Bernadee Unveils Debut Solo Hari Raya Song

KUALA LUMPUR, March 6 (Bernama) --  After signing with Universal Music Malaysia, talented singer Andi Bernadee is set to release his debut solo Hari Raya song, 'Inikan Hari Raya,' just in time for the upcoming Syawal celebrations at the end of the month.

Universal Music Malaysia said in a statement today that this work, which combines modern and traditional elements, is expected to offer a refreshing change and enhance the festive atmosphere of the Raya season with its catchy and entertaining melody.

 “Composed by Hanis Rafi, Firdaus Rahmat, and Omar K, this song also features lyrics written by Andi Bernadee himself along with Hanis Rafi, Firdaus Rahmat, and Omar K," it said.

In the same statement, Andi said the recording process involved two sessions: the first to record the main vocals as a demo to feel the vibe of the song and discuss the music, arrangement, and appropriate lyrics with the composers.

 “Only after that did we proceed with the second recording session, with all the decisions confirmed," he said, hoping that listeners would enjoy the song wholeheartedly.

The 34-year-old artiste said the song portrays a family returning to their hometown, along with various events that occur during the preparations and celebrations of Hari Raya.

 “This situation definitely happens everywhere, and I believe everyone can relate to it," he added.
