KUALA LUMPUR, July 9 (Bernama) -- Paramount Property Bhd has launched Traverse with Paramount, a unique homeownership campaign that offers rewards of up to 40,000 Asia Miles to homebuyers.

Paramount Property chief executive officer Chee Siew Pin said the campaign, which runs from July 1 to Dec 31, 2025, is a collaboration with its partners, namely Cathay Pacific, Hong Kong Express, and over 20 partner airlines.

“For property purchases ranging from RM300,000 to RM800,000, we give away about 10,000 miles to our customers, and for purchases of RM3 million and above, we will be giving out about 40,000 miles. They can be used to redeem travel, food and beverages (F&B) where Cathay has collaborations, or even hotel stays within the hospitality industry,” he told a press conference after the launching ceremony here today.

He added that through Traverse with Paramount, the company is not only celebrating life-changing milestones with its buyers but also rewarding homeowners with the opportunity to explore the world locally and internationally and create lasting memories.

Separately in a statement today, the company noted that with over eight participating developments across strategic locations in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Klang, Cyberjaya, Sungai Petani, and Penang, homebuyers can earn up to 40,000 Asia Miles with a single purchase, subject to terms and conditions.

It said to put that into perspective, a one-way economy class flight to Hong Kong via Cathay Pacific typically requires just 9,000 miles.

“In total, Paramount Property will be offering a remarkable eight million Asia Miles for this campaign – a reward pool that reflects the scale and significance of this initiative. The six-month Traverse with Paramount campaign is set to take the joy of homeownership to new heights,” it added.

Meanwhile, Cathay’s area head for Malaysia and Brunei, Robbie Blackwood, said buyers also have the flexibility to combine their miles with cash when making purchases, allowing customers to top up with cash if they do not have the exact number of miles required to complete a transaction. Customers can redeem their miles for a wide range of products and services, with over 10,000 items available on the Cathay shop, and redemption options across more than 20 partner airlines.

He said Cathay will commence departures from the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport (Subang Airport)  next month, connecting travellers to Hong Kong as well as across East Asia, strengthening its expansion plan across the region with flights already departing from Penang International Airport.
