PKNS said the campaign, which runs from Sept 1 to Nov 30, is held under its flagship initiatives, ‘PKNS Homes Beli Terus Onz!’ and ‘PKNS Homes Big Bonus’, offering prizes to buyers who sign sale and purchase agreements promptly for selected property units.
“It is part of the Selangor State Government statutory body’s continuous efforts to appreciate the trust and support of its customers, while encouraging homebuyers to own quality homes at the best value,” it said in a statement.
The lucky winners for September are Nor Hamizah Abdul Razak, who purchased the Aludra Residensi townhouse project unit in Cyber Valley, and Mohammad Nor Izzuddin Amaran, Siti Zubaidah Mohd Nor, and Nur Syazalina Abdul Kadir, all buyers of the two-storey terrace home project, Auva, also located in Cyber Valley.
The other four winners, namely Farah Wahidah Abdul Sukor, Siti Aisyah Mohammed Adnan, Shahrul Ekhsan Hasim, and S.S. Thilagan, are buyers of the Linkar 52 serviced apartment units, a project within the SA Sentral development in Shah Alam.
