Kelantan Civil Servants To Receive RM500 Special Aid Next Year

KOTA BHARU, Nov 6 (Bernama) -- The Kelantan state government has announced a special financial aid of RM500 for the state civil servants in Grade 15 and below in recognition of their service.

Menteri Besar Datuk Mohd Nassuruddin Daud said the special payment will be disbursed in early March next year to help ease preparations for Aidilfitri, with a total financial application of RM4.97 million.

“…the special aid will also be extended to political appointments, with the amount to be determined by the state government,” he said when announcing the matter at the Kelantan State Legislative Assembly sitting in Kota Darulnaim today.

He also announced a 90 per cent discount on outstanding land tax penalties for all residents in Kelantan.

“This discount offer will be available to the people of Kelantan for a one-month period from Dec 1 to 30 this year,” he said, adding that the payment methods are specified in Kelantan State Treasury Circular Letter No. 1 of 2025.
