At the close, the November 2025 contract slipped 2.0 points to 1,624.50, December 2025 and June 2026 contracts slid 1.0 point each to 1,624.0 and 1,609.50, respectively, while March 2026 was flat at 1,606.0.
Turnover rose to 9,042 lots from 4,922 lots on Thursday, while open interest increased to 48,367 contracts from 43,869 contracts previously.
At 5 pm, the FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) inched up 0.19 of-a-point, or 0.01 per cent, to 1,619.13 from Thursday’s close of 1,618.94.
